Eloria ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered interior design application available on the Apple App Store. We are operated by an individual developer based in Turkey.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Eloria mobile application ("the App") and explains our practices regarding the collection and use of your information when you use the App.
When you choose to redesign a space, you upload a photo of your room from your device. This photo is used solely to generate AI-powered design suggestions.
Style preferences, prompts, and design descriptions that you type into the App are processed to generate personalized design results.
Designs created by the App are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your saved designs.
If you purchase a subscription (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), payment is processed by Apple. We do not see or store your credit card information. Apple shares limited transaction data with us (e.g., subscription status) so we can provide premium features.
Apple may collect anonymous crash reports and performance data through App Store Analytics. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. You can opt out in your iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics.
The information we collect is used exclusively to:
Photos and text prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API (operated by Google LLC) to generate AI designs. Google processes this data according to their own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
According to Google's policy, Gemini API requests are not used to train AI models when used through the paid API service.
Subscription transactions are processed by Apple. Apple may collect anonymous diagnostic data. See Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We do not share your data with any other companies, advertisers, analytics services, or data brokers.
Your generated designs, app preferences, and subscription status are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
Photos and prompts sent to Gemini AI are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Google processes this data temporarily to generate your design and does not retain it for training purposes when accessed via paid API.
We do not retain your photos or prompts. After your design is generated, the input data is no longer accessible to us. Your saved designs remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
You have the following rights regarding your data:
All your generated designs are visible in the Atelier section of the App. There is no hidden data we hold about you.
You can delete individual designs from within the App, or remove all data by uninstalling the App from your device.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can disable Apple's analytics in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Eloria is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via the App Store update notes.
